During my service at KTPL as HR Executive I got disappointed only because of the incapability of the HR Department to do anything as each and every decision lies with one key personnel. I haven't learnt anything in this organisation except politics.I am so lucky that I left this Organisation.

Kirin is the symbol of Partiality, egoism, misconduct, non- compliance, impropriety, fascinate towards female employees, irresponsibility of managerial personnel etc. etc. etc.

Not getting any appreciation, no yearly increments. Always i have to sit in my workplace. No freedom to go outside in leisure time. Such an worst place to work i have ever seen in my carrer.

Because of few Indian Key personnel's bad influence, the Chinese director are not trusting other Indian employees and the discrepancies among employees demotivate the employees of the Company.
