Very supportive culture in entire organization Strong incentive structure got almost 25% of my fixed salary as various incentive and bonus on my performance, also I received good increment of around 40% in my first year Chance to work on multiple industries and gain knowledge on it Over last one year I had opportunity to work on the multiple things like IPO, Investor Relations, Annual Reports which helped me in good understanding of the financial market I have received good support for planned holidays and if you perform & deliver your tasks management also allows wfh which was very helpful me Good place for freshers who wants to get deeper knowledge about the financial markets Apart from all this Lunch facility, Travelling and food allowance for staying late beyond 8 pm and hotel accommodation facility during result season is very helpful

During results seasons there is bit pressure for meeting the deadlines If alternate Saturdays are off it is best place to work Office location is nice but travelling from thane station requires auto or bus

This company is a scam!! They are just getting worse day by day, they don’t treat people in a good manner, if they see any negative comments on their website they immediately remove it from there. They deleted my comment just because i stated the truth there. Disgusting!! And please avoid the positive comments on this website they are all fake, the negative ones are true

The Work Culture Is extremely toxic and unbearable. employees are always made to feel like they know nothing, no matter how hard they work. Working hours are beyond unreasonable, often stretching from 10 am to 2-3 am, with no regards for work life balance. The COO shouts at employees every single time, even if the have done good work , and there is appreciation or recognition for anyone's efforts. Abusive language is constantly used, and its common for the COO to throw phones in frustration, this toxic behavior makes the workplace unbearable and deeply damaging to both morale and mental health.

Reimbursement of travelling and food expenses if you are in the office till 8 pm (working hours was 10 to 6)

The way they treat employees, they think they are paying employees then they can talk the way they want, & they will try to make you sit in the office, if you think you can complete your work and leave early then they will put more responsibility & they ensure that you leave late mostly every day.

Lot to learn in graphics they helped me in improving my skills in Ai, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Indesign Strong quarterly Incentive scheme for good performing employees I have received incentives 3 times Management is very supportive encourage me for my skill development to do the new courses related to graphics designing which they promised to reimburse Lunch facility is very much helpful for me as i'm staying in PG Late stay travel & food allowance
