Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Overall working in Kirby is a rich experience as working professional in civil engineering Field. Its a group of Alghanim companies spread out in Kuwait ,viteanam, Ralsalkaima,Kirby india is into Peb engineered building design, manufacturing and supply-fabrication industry. As mentioned there ia a great scope for learning new things every day with support of highly recommended softwares and technical support. Apart from work, there is a work life balance, hi security, promotions based on individual performance. On Top of it there is vast company culture in terms of business and office behaviour/peaceful environment for growth as a invidual. There is no risk of work pressure as there support is a grat skilled technical support in all departments.

Dislikes

There is a lot of scope for development for each individual who work with dedication- but there is no scope for employees just be in imaginary world - things will be in place automatically.
