Work culture and work life balance was marvelous at Kiran udyog P. Ltd. Unfortunately it couldn't withstand the pandemic Covid-19 and has to face missfortunes..

Employees are dedicated to work for delivery with quality products.even technology wise facility are less but due to team work they are scucess to produced quality product and able to achieve customer satisfaction

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
