I didint like anything in kiran motors ltd expect my sales team and team leader

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is never came on time they never paid the incentive only 1 or 2 time in 4 years of work never paid the petrol allowance and career growth is slow. There is On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Talking about seniors who are partial and they do not care about their employees. They support on the basis of caste and community. I was the first CRE hired when kiran motors came to mumbai. My experience over their was the worst experience ever . Person coming after getting abscond is given more priority then the employees working no management. Even washrooms of employee's do not have water supply facility we were suggested to go nearby malls they even do not provided me experience certificate not even my PF money. Their are many employees who are facing such issues in the company and when we try to talk about this to our HR team they are least bothered about everything.

Kiran motors ltd is vry good company , i have been working here for 4 years , and i have been permanent in which PF also got benefit and job security too. work culture so frndly, my manger so cool and fully supportive .

The Company is the best for start up your carrier, You can lern many more in your filled, You have to faced some challenges and some difficulty as a Fresher but after that you'll be a part of Kiran Family and you can work with full on joy and satisfaction.

In this Company we have to be very active and you have Multitasking skills because of here is you can perform multiple works.
