1.Vast variety of cases 2.Patients from all strata of society

Dislikes

1. Poor work-life balance 2. Focus is not on ethical patient care, focus is on maximising OPD and ipd number 3. Nobody with experience in heading a medical facility in Urban area so hospital policy keeps changing with changing management.
