I was on resignation, so my notice period ended in the lock down period. But from my ex colleague I came to know to the employee who are working from home got there salary and the one who don't have any work are not been paid any compensation.

Dislikes

My only reason to leave KFT was not being paid as per my work. I started at very low salary, despite working hard I never got good increment. It was always below par or far to the par. And yes behaviours of Seniors do matter for me. Unfortunately I never got the one who could support me. They always remember me when they were in terrible situation but when it's come to return a new face was to seen.

The overall experience was good. The Main thing, which I like the most in KFT is that you got to learn every single aspect of foreign Accounting unlike in other companies in some specific areas

The only thing to dislike is that there is no salary appraisal timely.

...are making a mistake. Join this company for one year and focus only on learning. During this time, don’t worry about your salary. After one year, look for better opportunities in other companies. In this company, only those who flatter the management get promotions, not hardworking employees. Some people sitting under the manager get good salary increments every year without doing much work, while those who work hard do not get proper raises. Additionally, employee welfare is not a priority here. The washrooms are in very poor condition, and there is no hygiene. Since the company has a large employee base, they should maintain hygiene properly, but they don’t. The washroom conditions are so bad that employees can even get a urinary infection. If you are joining this company only to learn, then you can go ahead with it.

Very bad culture and environment is there. No rules and regulations. I resigned by serving 2 months notice but my salary for 1.5 months plus gratuity still due, even after so many mails and calls they did not respond.
