Kip Financial Consultancy gives good Job security and work culture.Seniors always motivate their juniors.In Kip Lots of employees friendly policies.Many cultural events are organised by HR.

Dislikes

Unfair Pay and caeer growth is slow.There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Some time Over Worked due to some events.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
