Company policy is very good. Given full salary at lock down time also good work environment and culture. Our management is very good. Given more training for work. More caring about staff safety & health.

Taking more time to find out the good workers. Work lot is high. Hiding staff hard work to management.

Company"s HR Policies, benefits are very good. But in operations if you did mistake or in case of any complaint from client's side so Management not support & target untill you leave the job.

Throughout my tenure felt job security and satisfaction up to some extent due to Japanese management

Local management is totally biased and promoting to the non performers and its also ignored by local management at HQ as well

Payout and company policy are even excellent because these are being managed by head office Banglore only which nothing to do with 3pl actually

Dislikes

I worked for 3pl where Mr Ganesh is in sales who is actually a weak part of the organisation because he doesn’t not aligned with company vision because of his poor IQ also he always get intervened in all other department apart from sales so working with Ganesh is actually the dislike factor

Top Management excellent, branch level management need to change time to time as they always keep them in good books for there job safer side in front of top management by taking resignation from staff with diffrent departments ,they always put pressure even staff is working under company frame and policy,old staff which are assets to company had resign ths is key point ,further team player are supportive, company policy's are good and appraisals,salary hike and bonus every year is good.

KWE is excellent company ,but management never address our issues on various meetings and platform of discussion
