Constructive feedback? Okay. The company has to think beyond 'keeping their close friends close'. Value work by employees. Find out who is the actual problem (which they always fail at). The people they recruit mostly don't have a good behavior and that in turn affects the other few and their work environment. Even if Kinnect receives a 'great place to work' award, it'll be bought by them. Everybody from Kinnect who reads this will understand that even they are very fake at work. The higher management who reads this will know that they care for only those close friends of theirs in the company. The company has a good potential of being the best out there, but they are just trying to be the fastest out there. Most of the awards received are because of their own internal team voting for themselves. If they had given the same kind of attention in making the workplace better, people would have loved to work everyday. Every good soul I know at Kinnect wakes up thinking that they'll have to face those unwelcome faces who don't show any empathy or search for actual reasons. I hope the company becomes better and actually gets an award as the best place to work without paying for it.
