Likes

The bosses appreciate the employee's hard work and efforts they put in their work. Salary is received within the first 3 days of every month. Also, employees get travelling and telephone bill allowance every month. Overall, good working experience.

Here you will be tortured and harrased by the mangement as they are non technical to face the client youre salary monthly depends on the client’s bill no promotion’s,appraisal depends if the company is on average profit no job security, old thinking will be fired anytime without any prior notice.

Unnecessary work Pressure without understanding root cause. Uneven distribution of work. No track of Employees at the time of appraisal. No matter If you work 2-3 roles or you don't work any of your role and push tasks assign to you on others. Also No matter if you work 11-12 hrs completing your tasks or do 9-6 job leaving your tasks behind Everyone will get same hike.

I didn't saw any mistake or problems when I was work with Kinjal group. All staff supportive and they have good behaviour. I really enjoyed my employment.
