It brought best out of me thanks for the consultants from other departments, for which I was able to interact with them and actually learned Nuances of Radiology reporting from Non-radiology consultants. There used to be good amount of case discussion. Another good thing was independence.

Dislikes

...ectors in radiology aren't committed to the reporting so whole work falls on us. They have no policy for emergency reporting even they don't pay us for that. Also discrimination in emergency roster. Too many calls from RMO for emergency reporting. Guess what they have continuous 10days a month emergency roster.. It's inhumane. No incentives. No pay rise.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

the work pressure is very high,compensation is inapropriate,no one can do appreciation of your work,all managers are unsupportive in working areas,no job security,no job trainings,all are arogant in working premises,which is a pain evrytime in your working times

Taking persnol granted & no value to hard worker, heade staff good only those employee who involved persnoly, No time for lunch all staff, no one was showing concern for evening shift female employee.

There is a lots of politics & Rest HR management, Manager's doesn't solve the issues taking granted, used to make employee extra do hours.We can't fight for truth here, if we do saw they fired employees for the same organaization,
