This is a worst place to work take complete work, but they don’t provide salary on time, they give salary once in a three month

There is nothing here that you will like. Very poor management. They provide very bad foods for staff, no hygeine and cleaning in cafetaria. Such a bad company I ever worked before. Actually I was not very aware before. If you want to work here , work on your risk.

They don't give you salary on time, after one year you get to know that your 3 months salary is hold that you will never get in hole life. It's a big scam here with the help company owner and local administration. Because no one has dare to claim his or her hold salary. Even you file case against them. Your salary will get hold in very systematic way one month 15 day delay, 2nd month, 30 day then 3rd month 45day and finally you know my salary is hold of 3 months. I would like to suggest please don't work with this company.

If you don't want growth in your life than it good to be stick with this company. But I must say company is very good ...Nice place, very good architect of building and theatre as well.... Working staff are also good there.

There is no any skill development, no salary credit on time, they gives always two months let your salary 2 month, They don't give clearance on time. They don't even deposit your PF on time. At time of your joining, (HR and other department)they act like very gentle and kind but after your resignation , when you asked for your clearance they become very hard and cruel , don't even talk you properly. Overall my experience was very bad.

Be honest, the main problem with the management, it's very poor for employees as well as for guest's !!! Environmental wise it is perfect, Ambience is perfect,in my thinking once in a life you have to go there (KOD) but don't think that you get a good response from them

Management,they not give a salary on time ,they always hold one month salary, and if you are fresher and your p.f account is also new so you have to be very clear from them about the account because they also doing a fraud in your provident fund so it is not good

Yes I will do anything and not good but nice experience and job security is to good.. Of course i m happy.. Company is very big nautanki company and cinema live performance is very popular...
