Unfortunately due to vision 2030 it's no more a good place to work with and sone Saudi nationals at the helm of affairs are biased, so forget about increments and promotions if you are asian expat. when it comes to job securoty for expats it's a big no no. Definitely not a place for Asian expats anymore.

...h is safe & convenient.Developed friendships from staff all over the world . Took a big cut in my pay bc it doesn’t pay for previous experiences. If you’re an RN for 5 years, and another RN for 15 yrs , you get same pay rate unless you work in an specialized unit, CCU, SICU, OR etc.

Dislikes

I know of a Charge Nurse who lost her job bc the the staff nurse on her shift became negligent . The VP for Nursing Services is out of touch, inconsiderate , lacks social skills in management at that time. I don’t know if she’s still there. The one she replaced was excellent but she went back to the USA . She’s the tall American, she’s an excellent VP for Nurses.

They allow every staff to perform mandatory test before the shifts so that we take care of ourselves as well as pts, to prevent cross infection

Dislikes

Many times without any reason some staffs were quarantined Nd there was shortage of staffs including paramedical work force. There were too many staffs at the screening areas were they were simply sitting with their mobiles Nd in the units staffs Nd pts suffered because of inadequate time Nd care.we gave too much focus on covid hence the other pts were not given sufficient attention that they deserved

Job Security. The hospital did an excellent job dealing with COVID 19. Also roll they have been really generous supporting their employees during this era even if they were stranded in their home countries and couldn’t join back timely as planned

its the follow by WEO roll and technology , staff and the patient too. I am happy to follow and protect my self and family and other ,that's everyone following makes good example.
