Needs to bring in team of teachers who can really work with passion, to bring in quality education, work with creativity, weaving in a lot more of events and activities ,rather than working for just salary. When working with kids... You itself needs to be one. By the end of the day it's all abt learning through fun filled activities. The kindergarten really needs to work on that.
