Salary not coming on time, travel expenses not giving, 3 months of follow ups they didn't gave travel expenses. GPS track for ASM and RM which is terrible, we are not ground level person whom you track on field. HR policy is very poor, logistics very poor, HO team Not supportive & many more which was dislike

Nothing to be liked. Job pressure will be there based on your reporting manager.

No salary on time. Sometimes your last month salary will be credit this month end TADA is the very pathetic. You won't get your claims , even if you submit the proper bills. No promotions No new learnings, your manager also don't know what to do No proper variable pay as per the salary proposal

- every time wrong commitment - Salary time after two month - Full & final total amount and pending salary not give at the time of company leave. - Shift start time is 8:00 but Shift end time is not fix. everyday 8:00 to 9:00 pm shift end.
