Flexible timings and friendly staff.

Dislikes

No future growth in terms of salary. Responsibility keep on adding up with minimal pay. No appraisal. No appreciation for efforts, No stability, Managers/HOD change like seasons. Management assumes that having personal is a sin.

It's all about learning opportunity. U can learn as much as. The job environment is extremely good. Good people and most important at end is job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Compensation is average but growth is high. Job pressure is high but it's kind of learning.

Work culture is good. Surrounded by people which make you feel like a family. Working under pressure doesn't happen here. relaxed kind of work culture which makes you work efficiently.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not done on time. There are no performance indicators due to which all get same percentage of increment. Management involves in all sorts of ground level decisions.

Dislikes

work culture is very bad especially in production department..... Everyday you have to wait beyomd the working hours and still your superiors asking what work you do.... I would never recommend kineco even to my enemy.

Overal planning needs to improve Safety needs to really be for people not for show Finances need to be manged better Supply chain need to be improved Employee growth plan not available. Limited training. Promotions to deserving candidates required and evaluations should not just be as a formality
