Compensation and teamwork can be better. More incentives are required by management and HR for employees to work hard. Company must value their employees more.

What I really like about the company is that it has good job security...but upto the limit

KKCI is one of the best emerging company in the field of Advanced Composites. The work culture is good but a little bit slow. team mates are jolly and work with honesty. Career growth is not so fast but is OK . In my little exosure with KKCI ,I enhanced my composite facility development abilities
