Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Higher management and HR have zero ethics on how to treat employees, they take everything personal Even after leaving the organization they won't leave you. If we try to get a new job in some other organization this management try to destory it by giving negative feedback on thier employees and therefore you will remain as jobless.

They take care of their employees. MD trusts his managers, in-charges and gives support for their growth. Transparency in company is another plus point.

Dislikes

Well nothing if I think about it.. Language was a concern for me . But that's okay. Only good memories. If given a chance, I would love to join back
