Work environment is good and m sure that you will get an amazing team to work with.. to talk about the career development.. it depends on the department you are going to join and also the effort you put in.. the best employees are always recognised and respected in kinder... Its not just a hospital it's more like a family and a new comer will never feel any discomfort with team...

I am not so satisfied with the salary package... But now I think they have revised it and there is an appreciation in the package

The supervisors doesnt give priority to all staffs. They give more priority to the early joined staffs. They doesnt give time to spend and hear the problems and mental stress that are faced by the staffs. I really enjoyed my duties and all at kinder hospital, but these are the issues that I faced there.
