Good career development opportunity. Good exposure. Increment and promotions yearly. HQ people are considerate.

Dislikes

...ill ask you to go on tour, even though you are hired for inside sales initially. Remburstment after 30 days, you have to initially pay from your own pocket. Lot of pressure and politics and mindgames by owners. Pay is super less compared to the work you do.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
