Everything, worst place to work. Management is very weak and not ready to understand anything. COO is just try to rule the hospital as per his own terms.

very very tensive and un ethical procedures are running that hospital. this hospital accredited by NABH, but the quality is not maintain. culture is very sorrowful .Before completion my probation period resigned from post. there is no employee and patients right s are not maintain. Once you entered for duties.... means your systolic pressure will high. Always you torchier by management. huge official politics.
