New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...e to get atleast one hour early on work. Won't be getting out of work correctly.we have to work atleast one hour every day with out overtime salary.wont be getting any appreciation.worst management. You have to rush will eating lunch ,wont even get half an hour.you will be getting phones calls even after getting out of work.worst job. You don't get any life satisfaction working there.

Kims is a high reputed hospital having high standards and securities.

Dislikes

As per my opinion, we are not getting proper appraisals and salary hike. Kims is giving approximately 1000 rupees high after every year which is quite lesser for me

Worked with a incompetent boss

Compensation is very poor & the growth is also slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12th to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend patient calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not have any value an individuals unique strength's, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my patients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes. The female boss especially in kims cancer center is a incompetent boss who is not fit to that center.

The most lowest salary in the Hyderabad. Specialy according to other NABH Hospital. The Hostel is worst in situation. They keep Male nurse at bacement. Too much pressure in Hospital as a nurse. But till they will give lowest salary.
