You are working for sick and injured, only nursing training was given by myself no other training.

Dislikes

Kim's does not care about his employees. Employer doesn't respect his employees. Salary and appraisal is not upto the market. No importance was given for training. So appoint such people who will take less pay and those who are below average

The most lowest salary in the Hyderabad. Specialy according to other NABH Hospital. The Hostel is worst in situation. They keep Male nurse at bacement. Too much pressure in Hospital as a nurse. But till they will give lowest salary.

Compensation is decent, but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more hours,Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my superiors but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is lot of politics.
