Work life balance can be better, company is open to adopt technology but not very aggressive to strengthen the IT systems,grading system on positions offered will help fair appraisal programs, high performing employees could be recognised and compensated better on meritorious grounds, effective training to suit organisation needs and employee growth

Privilege to work for one of the largest private sector healthcare providers in Trivandrum, Good to work in other departments of Kims (as per colleague views), except in Finance & Accounts Dept.

In Finance & Accounts Dept: Group Finance Controller (GFC) is not at all Approachable, She will try to humiliate you in front of other finance staff for silly reasons by asking you to bring your JD (to explain her what is your job ), if she is the head then she has to know what your job is, Isn't it. Work Environment is truly TERRIBLE here as GFC always rings office assistant call button (ting-tong) to call someone thereby creating a false & panic Environment among other colleagues who are on the work, after hearing this ting-tong "They all says now whose Number it is "!! , Is it yours ? She even SHOUTS on colleagues indiscriminately after calling them to her cabin for petty reasons: quite often many staffs come out irritated and their whole day gets spoiled because of this shouting- this is the real work environment in Kims Finance & A/c's Dept- When GFC is outside her cabin she pretends to be a caring person by asking well being of very few staffs (who are her pets) to show that she is a nice and caring person before all the colleagues, but the real fact can't be hidden. When you have to take Leave (even 1 day leave) it needs to be informed to her either by you or by your co-ordinator and your Leave will be marked in writing board kept inside her office (in short its difficult to take leaves) so forget about leaves-This is the Work-life balance in Kims F&A Dept, Further there are too many bosses or people in Finance dept. to whom U may have to report and many staffs are under-utilised, simply adding up company cost, too many portfolios created, simply for Nothing (this HR needs to redress), further No job rotations, no scientific appraisals, performance Mgmt is Duck,,,, This is the real truth and happenings in Kims Finance & Accounts Dept .....Here Innovation is Nil,,, Better, U choose some other Company to work, at least you will get work satisfaction and peace of mind..
