Evening things, I am just searching new job because here no job security, MD hire High salary package and don't think about operator level. Infrastructure of kimia is very bad but still running API and he wants GMP

...time.Running on the monopoly of only one person & bringing expensive employees .Retain the old employee who has left the job on three to four times the salary .absence of work dividation.nepotism in salary increment &work.

You will be learn independently and handling troubleshooting. Colleagues are very good instead of higher position persons .

Salary hike, job security, atmosphere, location is very bad, no improvement in the organisation till last 5-6 years

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work is very high . Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Politics is at its best, one man created his own group and recruiting his older colleagues, after that this group just keep on false reporting about people who just wanted to work and can give better outputs, to keep safe his and their jobs. MD is listening to them and not even try to come up and clear these report from the person
