Evening things, I am just searching new job because here no job security, MD hire High salary package and don't think about operator level. Infrastructure of kimia is very bad but still running API and he wants GMP

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work is very high . Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work hours at corporate office is flexible, some people are supporting

Politics is at its best, one man created his own group and recruiting his older colleagues, after that this group just keep on false reporting about people who just wanted to work and can give better outputs, to keep safe his and their jobs. MD is listening to them and not even try to come up and clear these report from the person

Vivek is a terrible person khud to ata nahi h kuch dusro ko gyan deta h. I gave three star to job security bcz they don't have any recruits so how they gonna fire you. Ghatiya company. Spare part unavailable, raided two times.
