Recent global restructuring has created ambiguities amongst the employees about organization future and growth. Initially I was happy working for this company but after completing 2 years and taking extra responsibility also they never thought I should get promoted. Also when they got to know that few employees are not happy with this then simply gave dry promotions to almost everyone. There is no value for hard working employees as they are treated equally as hardly working employees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

its worst place to work because of its managers and Indian Leadership Team. Salary part and other benefit is fantastic. Most of the executives joined quit the job in 1st year only and rest are planning to quit. no work life balance. illogical expectations from managements.
