No work Life balance. You have to work on Saturday and sometime Sunday also. No job security Travel a lot from new delhi to greater noida or Gurgaon or vice versa. Manager also didn't want to solve the problem completely, so their dependency on company will be always present. Lot of politics.

There is no work culture, Fire persons within one or two months. Politics between old and new employees, earlier this company name is crystal power. Here they give testing work to firmware developer and vice versa (unique thinking). And also if some performs well in that to they give some other domain work. Goal is to fire that person and this all is of 1 or 2 month play. Destroy person's image in previous company , no work culture it's a startup company. Most of the times you have to work on 7 days.
