This company is only useful for those who have not experienced in pharma and other company. There is lot of things to have been learn.

...is only for those persons which is actually need a job. There is no career here. Salary not satisfied as per work efficiency.

...le is very low. Even after confirmation their increment is also low for fresher. Due to all this these things after leaving this company they didn't pay whole salary for last month.

very secured job environment and surrounding peoples are also good.

Dislikes

I worked with purchase team but existing putchase team member who worked in company more than 5 year they are not flexible to accumulatate to new people. They are very unsecured about there work and position.they are not treated officers respect fully. They doing strategies against the officer for everything they don't want to share knowledge and involve officers in there procurement process .They always keep officers on backend so I can't see any opportunity and growth there.it's very political environment in purchase team.
