No Management overall. Only politics happens in this company. Those who works never get any benefits, but those who only do show-off they get good promotion and salary benefits. Very old working system they are using still. Not recommended overall.

Lots of politics to save non performing person who is in favor of HR. Worst HR person saw in my career journey . No one wants to grow, everyone is trying to save their sit and no one helps to grow. No proper knowledge transfer for new person. Team Member is just spreading wrong information in to the company , which is affecting other team members interest towards work Fake commitments by initial stage of interview by HR. Absolute mismanagement within a department due to one wrong person on wrong position.

Indian company mindset, There are big corporate political lobby, Everyone has involved. Process HOD is not a chemical engg he doesn’t know the basics of chemical engg. Try to avoid to join this company. No one wants to grow the department, no training, no teaching provided. They all just running the company by given fake equipment. No herarchy followed by the company. Ridiculous staff.

As mention in my offer letter ( bus Facility from kalyan Station and free food), baki to sab HR ke bharose hain , unka good book is your growth.

Worst HR which I saw in last 8 yrs, New management changed but they also facing issues, New people getting good salary but not old people. company is using very old system and never listen from juniors. over here is ( Ulta Chor Kotwal Ko Daatain). HOD always says ( Yaha Kuch Hone wala nahi hain ) balki wo CS hain aur unko khuch pata nahi... NO job security - Director ke mood ke uper hai . HR Manager ke sir ke uper haath hain director ka , usko HR ka H ata nahi , Lots of issues on each and every department. company doesn't want to upgrade their systems,. 80 % public is looking job after they joined here. ( My suggestion - Please do not get in to trap)
