a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...roughout my pregnancy days but there was no support from the side of management. When pandemic hit us inspite of being together the management started removing teachers and also not serve us with a salary of the notice period. Work ethics - 0 Would never recommend anyone to work with kidze VIKALP KHAND LUCKNOW

...rk 24*7 even after office this lady keeps on calling for some random PPT making. And then they deducted people's salary for stupid reasons. No paid leave policy is there and no recognition.

...re is a huge cafetaria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.good work environment and culture.
