Sometimes it's give us pressure so I feel like a this place a hell. And also this place not career opportunities. Only old staff have its.

The Atmosphere of the facility is so much good and the climate of the facility is also very good. All the Staff are very good and the Coordinator are also Very Good.

The time of salary credit is so much long some time it takes 5 to 7 days extra and the HR department is also lose

...ture is good. All teammates are supportive management of kidzania is excellent..they give salary on time always.. there is huge cafeteria.

First they give job training. Salary growth increasing yearly. There management is transparent. You have to give notice before your notice period to quit the job.

...ion not according to work. Yearly increment happen with 100 and 200 ruppes only. On Diwali bonus only 100 ruppees transfer in month end salary.no sweets nothing. Its a Lala company. Not WORKS LIKE MNC FOR EMPLOYEES. No benefit to employees to work there. Better is to work as daily wager. U get better than kidzania.

Salary model. Work load . workung hours.and staff benefit . staff cooperation. Salary not on time.

Very very poor management. Very low salary hardly 9-10k. Nothing to learn. Silly restrictions. No breaks other than lunch which is never on time. Extend on daily basis. U hardly get fixed off on Mondays. Yes offcourse i wasted my time of 1 year there.
