Number of reasons are there. - Sales target for each individual that are 4× to anyone's salary and if you failed to achieve the targets no matter you're from sales background or not they will put you on PIP. -No training or feedback process to calculate anyone's skills. - 0 professionalism. - Torturing employees by constantly giving them not required gyan of personal life that too by the co founder. - Salary delays in such a way that you will lost the track about the month you're being paid for. - Manual data maintainance. - 0 work ethics - problem areas get shadowed under useless reasonings. - useless sales team has been established. - so much toxicity - last but not the least they won't clear your dues if you've resigned, until their ego gets satisfied.

dosent gives salary and if we resign without serving notice period they will direct say they that they will not give any salary anymore. Specially Shiva sharma, Vaishali Singh, Divya Raghuvanshi and Deven Jaiswal All these people are fraud. Worst ever company.This kind of scamstars company should shut down. Many cases are already launched but idk why this company is not suied.

I worked as an online art mentor. After one month i took 43 session but they didn't pay for after one week still they said it will be credit soon. One of the worst experience in my life. The staff names who has do delay reply to me was, ruchi, vishal lambha, vishali sing and teena kapoor.

they wont pay for online mentors be aware. They cheated me 37 days payment. One of the worst experience with them

Can’t say much, mostly things were political and in case of any celebration, it end up getting taunts about the salary that they were paying which was delayed
