Number of reasons are there. - Sales target for each individual that are 4× to anyone's salary and if you failed to achieve the targets no matter you're from sales background or not they will put you on PIP. -No training or feedback process to calculate anyone's skills. - 0 professionalism. - Torturing employees by constantly giving them not required gyan of personal life that too by the co founder. - Salary delays in such a way that you will lost the track about the month you're being paid for. - Manual data maintainance. - 0 work ethics - problem areas get shadowed under useless reasonings. - useless sales team has been established. - so much toxicity - last but not the least they won't clear your dues if you've resigned, until their ego gets satisfied.

Specially Shiva sharma, Vaishali Singh, Divya Raghuvanshi and Deven Jaiswal All these people are fraud. Worst ever company.This kind of scamstars company should shut down.Even they got funds every year but they never give salary to their employees
