Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing to like other than job security.

Dislikes

...s, 12 hours a day x 7 days. no c off for working in public holidays and Sundays. No salary increments for years. No agreement or offer letter. Poor HR policies

You will get salary on time.

Dislikes

Long working hours (12 hours per day), no salary increments or appraisals, not getting weekly offs properly, no proper system to work. No proper communication about your perks, what you have today will be cutt off tomorrow with out proper notice. Nothing to learn new, life became an ox driving at oil press.
