Everything, they can’t gave salaries on time, if you are a girl and you look super hot or you have relationship with any of Kiaasa senior then only you got job , and if you are male then they judge you specially the RM of this company judge you on the basis of your complexion, your height .. your experience or knowledge doesn’t matter here. You don’t have any power to handle your staff. Work in Kiaasa only like a robot as they say. You have don’t have how many reposting managers you have to report every single senior If you have any kind of problem in your store then you dien get any solution from your seniors The SM RM they are in company just to make relationships with as many as they are able to handle Very very terrible experience

Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent.Company policy are good salary hike &bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2years befor wh ich. You cannot resign .

Owner have no time to see what workers do. And some other people who they dnt have knowledge they handle the bussiness. Owner have no time to travel between noida to mumbai. And to see what others do.
