I am working as Service Advisor in Kia motors Dealership, my daily activity is to interact with Customers and Advise them about their Vehicle to maintain with a good & Reasonable Amount. Apart from working there are alot of activities like Technical Training , Birthday Celebrations & Team work games for the Employees.

There is no Salary hike from a lot of time, also working hours is too much.

...portive and transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and salary less increment. No bonus given.

There is a lot of politics and the the management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent but career growth is slow.

My team members so hard workers,,career growth is very high in these company,l have been more things learning in these ,good environmental conditions

14000+1000Bonus salary they given ,there is no job security

...ime staff good but head department not trustable,no problem information leading., any issue blame on staff, no words of salary and other processes

This time when I joined and resigned no proper information about company given to the employee. Doesn't help the employee staff.

...k hours are more. But less meetings and focus on meetings agenda with timeline . Good pay and promotion policy . Employee policies are little below compared to industry standard but being a new company in india, many policies will be revised in coming years
