It's been more that 7 years of wonderful journey of learning and experience. Colleagues and leads are very supportive. Khoj provides stability in career. Khoj will give you confidence to speak up and make independent decisions. You are allowed to put your own idea on the table. helpful in developing troubleshooting experience.

Vacations needs to be increase. Off hours and weekend work needs to be reduced.

It's been 1 years since I have been working with Khoj and it has proved to be a good experience for me. I have been able to develop myself both 'personally and professionally'. Khoj is a nice company to work with. Colleagues and Team lead are always ready to provide support. Khoj provides various training sessions to all employees. These have been of great help in the grooming and development of all staff members.

This is my first company works in US shift, some times need to work in extended hrs and weekends.

Wish Khoj increases paid vacation days in a year as per industry norms. Good work should be appreciated in a better way. Festival Bonus/Incentives should be a more robust.
