Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Only thing that you can learn here is CAD software. You can learn on your own as there will be 10 hour duty time.

Dislikes

...s not running good so you won't get proper raise or you won't get growth here. Salary date is not fixed. they do salary whenever they want after 10th of every month and that too after asking many time and also salary is done one by one as they are always out of funds. Lastly all the positive reviews that you are seeing are probably forced from current employees. If you still want to join. Do not sign the bond.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive.but they don't give good salary as well as not any kind of bonus.they do increments hardly.
