No value for sales excutive, in Gujarat zone only uper level employee are happy bcz free they got 90% salary in free with out any work, 0 level employees like all sales excutive- field work hard working all target achived in all season sumer monsoon winter (pura ka pura ghis jaate hai ye ye log pura choos lete hai aur hum log kar bhi lete hai sirf salary ke liye,, ye log kya dete last me 10k to 11.k only) + insentive they given but 100% to 110% target achiver then we got only 2000 to 3000 insentive, matalab 6 to 7 lakh ka business karke dene ke bad apko sirf 14000 se 15000.₹ salary milegi with out any DA-TA ,without PF Esic & diwali bonus,,,, 🤬🤬 baki SM ASM SO ye full paisa kamaayenge baithe baithe- bakwas management hai Gujarat zone ka 3rd class, koi bhi responsibility vala person nahi hai yaha pe sab ek dusre pe dalte rehte hai,,, HR bhi jab aap job leave karenge tab apko call karenge,, baki aap incriment ya kisi problem ke liye 50 call karenge tab kake 1 bar call rcv karenge, Biggest issue is ke Corona jaisi mahamari me paise ki sabko jarurat thi tabhi bhi Khimji ramdas india ltd Gujarat zone ne salary aadhi kar ke di jab ki hamne lockdown me bhi gharase savere 4 baje uthkar sabhi customers ko call kar kar ke order liye biling banaya aur delivery rcv karne tak suport kiya aur vo bhi pura cash payment condition pe business karke diya vo bhi highest level target achive kiya phir bhi KR ne salary puri nahi 🤬🤬 Incriment ki baat karne ki hi nahi koi jawab nahi milega, 2-2 saal me incriment denge vo bhi 5% tak sirf yani apki salary 10k hai to sirf usapar 480₹ incriment milega,, 😡 company acchi hai but sirf muskat oman mai,, baki india & Gujarat me ekdum kharab,parshality, polytics gamer, management hai Gujarat zone me,, yaha sales exicutive ki koi value nahi hai,,,

No incriment, no value for low level employees -sales exicutive, they are not given proper payout instead of your hard work, only uper level employees are happy in Khimji ramdas india pvt ltd bcz they get higher salary and all benifit like TA DA of Esic, bonus, & extra vouchers, company trip & partys also,& main point is they get 80 to 90% salary in free without any work, but sales exicutive on off roll not get any type of DA TA, PF, ESIC,& BONUS, only got 12 to 14.k salary without petrol allauns,

...sefty of covid19, they provide after long time all this things not immigetly, Main point ye hai ki jab jyada jarurat thi salary ki tabhi in logo ne Half salary pay ki,, itne saal se sab employees unko kamaa(Erning kar) ke de rahe hai to kya 3 month full salary nahi de sakte, aur vo bhi kam kiya hua hai target bhi achiv kiya uske baad bhi salary aadhi de rahe ho,, jinki salary 1lakh ya 50,000 ya 30-25 thousands hai unki cut karo to sahi tha but jo sirf 10000 ya 11000 monthly salary le rahe he unko half salary de rahe ho to sharam aani chaiye in logo ko,

One of the top Company / brand in Oman. Fully Job security, on time salary credit. Work life balanced. Team mates, work life cool..

Dislikes

Compensation is slightly low. Also career growth is very slow.. always the work pressure is very high. No transparency between teammates and reporting managers. Always hiding the P&L and review details. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation from top management but not with immediate reporting managers. Because immediate managers still they are looking for appreciation from top management. So they use to theft our pain and hard work and efforts. Also there is no job training for freshers. Also they don’t reviled the employee benefits until We go and ask personally. Hence senior or experienced employees like me have to guide the new employees step by step, which is very painful sometimes.

Employee friendly policies, on-time salary, good job security even during worsening market situation. No salary was deducted during Covid-19 crisis period.
