...g to resign after witnessing the toxic work environment, I faced further issues. The company refused to pay my one-month salary, citing a non-existent policy that employees must work for at least three months to be eligible for salary payments. This condition was not mentioned in my appointment letter and seemed like a deliberate tactic to exploit employees. 6. Threats and Intimidation: After my resignation, I was threatened with harm, prompting me to file a official complaint. Despite this, the company showed no intention of clearing my dues. This experience highlighted an extreme level of unprofessionalism and toxicity within the organization. It is a place where employee welfare is disregarded, and unethical practices are rampant. I strongly advise potential employees to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate before considering joining this company. Joining this company was a regrettable decision, but I hope sharing my experience serves as a warning to others.

...d their attrition rate is 60%. They file case against employees to harass him. When a person wants to leave they give salary hike and when person let's go the opportunity they harass him or remove him .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
