The only thing good about this company is it gives salary on time.

Dislikes

Everything is bad. You get very low salary, no increasement of salary, bad management, very bad accommodation and food to workers. One of the worst company for labourers and semi-skilled workers. Supplier company which is very bad. Very bad work life balance. You have to work for 12 hours straight with changing shifts every two weeks or months.

No job security when they need they will pay u high salary and after change managment again u need to give interview even u finish 1year work he not satisfy new managment they will kick you

Dislikes

Bad experience 1 guy maher he totally change the work environment actually he don't know what is the position of Supervisor and he treat staff like a dog. I wish he left the company or company kick him.

I am so grateful in Khidmah because of the experience and learning that I learned.

First of all, They are not following instructions from ALDAR. In khidmah homes al rayanna even there is a heavy rain and even it is flooded even there is announcement in the email from ALDAR they will still wants you to crawl just to get there in the office. Second, Lack of staff activities. There is no work life balance. Even at late night they will push and force you to do the job even you're just an admin and it's not in Operation. Lastly, the bullying, power tripping and lack of respect with the supervisor and acting like a manager named Suraj Arukandi. He's behaviour needs to be stop. A lot of staffs resign and leave because of him. You can ask anyone of at the camp of what he's doing to them, how he treat them all. He will terminate the staff without any grounds and by that time he will tell to the head office that this staff is resign but need to render for 2 months. Take note he terminated the staff. He really loves make things complicated, even our project they don't like to talk to this person. It needs to stop this kind behaviour or otherwise someone will go to labour or in Mohre for this abusive, manipulated and no respect staff.

i had an amazing experience with Khidmah exceeded my expectation in terms of work quality, Skills development, learning. the team professionalism and specially customer satisfaction, proud to be part of Khidmah IFM.

While my experience with Khidmah IFM had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that could use some attention in to be the internal hiring and upgrade the deserving staff to utilize the skills at next level.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i really love the fact of a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base .,another plus point is that my colieagues come form various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration .i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

i do not receive appreciation emails form my boss but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid_year appraisals also there no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have guide them step-by-step,witch is a pain sometimes.
