Salary is increasing every 3 months as D. A increasing.

Dislikes

It is not even a bank. It is credit society. They are just using the name as a BANK. Those who are hardcore banker has to sta away from this. We ca say that it is a political bank. No job security at all. Anybody get promoted at any level.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
