... for 3-4 years in khetan then he has 💯/ chances to make his career bright... If talking about salary--- Is as usual depends upon performance, experience,of employees If talking about Travel-- if only for customer complaints, new development employee need to travel within 100 kms depends upon customer location If talking about Politics---as usual ..In khetan lot of employees working from 10 to 12 years....And mindset of those employees is very poor....if new employee suggest new things or want to change they start demotivating him and trying to torture.... Learning-- without Mr Saurabh and Ankit no one in company trying to make secondline....they never teach anything Work environment-- The work environment in company is average...very less people supports new employee... Innovation---- The khetan packfine is one of packaging company which focus on new innovations and take action as early as possible... Work life balance-- the working hours are 12....so lot of time can't balance work life
