Company is good but my self and my designation as a depuity Manager but salary is low so that reason I am resigned, but still I am interesting working on Company Company policies and welfare is good

Khazana jewellery is the brand of designs,compare with others, but salary is low,job is not guaranteed.compare with others billing process,and customer service and so many things were good and easy to make it up.salary and incentive part wise joyallukas is more better than the other.i feel like joyallukas like a central jail.very pressure there.malabar gold and diamonds salary job satisfaction everything is not bad here compare with all Malabar gold and diamonds is the best for staff satisfaction.in all of the jewellery are very perfect in customer side. Accuracy is good in all showrooms. I feel good work with these people.

Job is not guaranteed at Khazana jewellery.some rules are not good.salary is very low.some senior persons are not good.joyallukas is also not guaranteed job. Managers are very rude behavior with the staff.very strict rules like a school.inside process is not good. Leaves are not good.malabar gold and diamonds job guarantee 70percent.very worst billing process. Inside other work process also very worst. Here also some senior persons not good. Very rude behavior with sales staff.
