Salary slab is not good, compensation is ok ok, heavy work pressure, need to work more than 16 to 18 hrs once in a week.

nothing there working is a big dislike when you have Stupid management like Rajesh, Marcel Leela and Krishnappa Ramaprasad the higher management is completely not concentrating. Many employees are leaving they are sleeping in beruit and Sharjah. they don't care. here in Bangalore these people do shits. It is not an output based company it is an politicism based company

dont join them as they dont relieve you on time and make your loss your jobs. I am putting an case against them with MOL for this issue . 24 hours working . Not employ friends

0% employee friendly company. No acknowledgement or respect for your work. Most weekends you have to work. They say OT will be compensated, but no. Worst Work life balance. Worst, Stingy & cruel management. No motivation.

New projects and challenges but there is no hierarchy hera feel free to ask colleagues . overall ok

Work life balance is no and appraisal is not on the output of our work. No remote and plus extensive working hours not 9 - 6

There should be management meeting to show the company’s futuristic vision and it will help employee that confidence , Job security and stability
