Perform all duties and responsibilities as refinery operator with consist atmospheric distillation, water treatment, air compressor, boilers, steam turbine But now (air separation) . Working as filed operator from 2006to 2019 and panel operator from up to now. second stage rich gas compressor pressing the rich gas(olefins )and send it to the stabilizer post.

The company have good structure and good environment too, the company in general is one of the best as I know

Dislikes

The way of manage the company is the most challenge that make the work environment more difficult, and some technical difficulties because of equipment edging and some wrong behavior

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
