Work environment is good and team work is also good. Company policies are very good and they give bonus twice a year which is quite satisfactory

Managers are biased and used powers of their post they are mostly biased with their staffs having lots of politics in management

Kn was one of the best companies I ever came across, and anyone who would love to be in it. After jan 2014 this ship started to sink little by little. Still unable to recover itself.

Salary not paid for the work done. 1year pending.

Hard work and dedication for work is the main thing that I like in Kharafi national.It is the second main client of companies.Its work site is in all over the gulf and east africa.This company have total 200 sites.It is good for new people.

Salary is not on time and it's growth is going very slow.There is not giving training for new people.Many people give resign because of salary problem not giving leave salary ,air ticket for staff.kharafi national not do work at time so many time client out this company from project.

I have a only one Resion salary problem every employees wants incres the salary his life but kharafi national not increasing salary so I dislike .

Hi of course Kharafi National was one of the best employer in whole Kuwait. Their work culture, job security, compensation career growth each and every field having excellency but now a days Kharafi is suffering with major financial crisis.

now there is not any rule and regulation, day by day company management does change their rule and cost cutting in even food....overall very bad situation.
