Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

KCMT is a really very good place for a fresher candidate to update his/her skills with the adorable corporation of the Higher Authorities. They provide us so many opportunities to update our skills with various types of tasks under a particular time period. Now, It totally depends upon the candidate what he/she choose at that time.

Dislikes

While they providing a good place for us to update ourselves, they would like to complete their work under a particular time period as usual. Either, they provide us so many other chance to improve ourselves during the tenure, But Sorry to say that, they didn't help us during our familiar lives.
